ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 7 days for us to process your order. Expect an email from us to let you know your order is on the way! This will contain your tracking information. 

STORE PICKUP

Pickups are available at our shop in Edinburgh located at:

41 Thistle Street, Edinburgh, EH1 2DY.

Orders can be picked up daily, from 12:00 -18:00. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please note the shop is open Wednesday-Sunday. Check our Google profile for the most up-to-date opening hours around holidays. 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 7 days using Royal Mail. Flat rate shipping fee of £3.99 applies to orders shipping within the UK. International orders are shipped from our Amsterdam location.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Please see our Returns page for further details. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at onlinehelp.bmb@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
