Tiger's Eye

Tiger's Eye is known as the stone of vitality and physical action. It is believed to combine both the energy of the earth and the energy of the sun to create a high vibrational state which is also rooted in the earth, offering access to both the expansive creative potential of the sun and the grounded and practical energy of the earth. 

It is believed to support the taking of effective action and provide the perseverance required to complete tasks whilst also offering grounding and centring. Said to aid in removing blocks to creativity by removing self criticism and increasing confidence.
